Sichuan Festival

Chefs from around Tokyo specialising in Sichuan cuisine will be serving up their signature mouth-numbing dishes at Nakano Central Park on May 13 and 14. Fifteen restaurants are participating in this year’s extravaganza, including Kanda Yunrin, Kamui Shimokitazawa, Rihaku and many more. You’ll be able to choose from multiple kinds of classic Sichuan dishes like mapo tofu, dan dan noodles and hot pots, and don’t forget to grab a can of Tsingtao Chinese beer to go with it.
