Time Out says

Not the kind of holiday market you usually get in Tokyo, this Sunday bazaar at the Swedish embassy is short on carols and clichés, but very well stocked in the traditional food, drink and handicraft department. In addition to snacking on Swedish saffron buns and sipping glögg (mulled wine), you can enjoy folk music and singing by a children's choir, and take part in a raffle with 'amazing prizes' – all proceeds go to rebuilding projects in Tohoku. There's a limited number of tickets available, so best head over early.
