The recently opened Takanawa Gateway City is celebrating the winter holidays with Warm Glow, a brand-new winter illumination that lights up the second-floor Gateway Park from November 29 to December 25. The highlight is a pair of radiant ‘Warm Trees’ installed at Gateway Park, which cast a soft, festive shimmer over the plaza in front of the stationfront fountains. The entire area – including the first-floor Takanawa Link Line and nearby squares – transforms into a glowing pathway perfect for an evening stroll.
While you’re there, don’t miss the Gateway Parade, a light-and-fountain show that takes place at the top of every hour in Gateway Park. Set to the complex’s original theme song, the five-minute performance brings the festive spirit to light.
