Roppongi’s entertainment hotspot Tantra, known for its daily geisha shows, burlesque and more, is hosting Halloween-themed shows for three nights. You can expect carefully choreographed shows and original performances in elaborate costumes.
This year’s Halloween theme is the Japanese ‘Yōko’ (fox spirit) and the Western ‘Dark Circus’. A fox spirit dressed in a beautiful, alluring kimono and a dazzling cast clad in stripes and red-and-black harlequin costumes will present a special stage performance that can only be seen for three days.
The shows take place four times every evening, and each reservation gets you two drinks and two shows within 90 minutes. Costumes are welcome, and it’s a good idea to make a reservation in advance through the official website before visiting.
