Time Out says

At the airport and looking to entertain yourself? Haneda Airport's international terminal will be showcasing 41 traditional crafts from Tokyo for a week, by showcasing products, having artisans create them on the spot and hands-on experiences. You can try your hand at making a handpainted fan or lantern, or even making your own ring. It doesn't take that long either: experiences start from 20 minutes and ¥500 a person. Now you have a real reason to rock up at the airport extra early.
