Tohoku University of Art & Design Gaien Campus

The Tokyo base of the Kyoto University of Art and Design and its Tohoku sibling was established in 2010 on the lush green grounds of the of Meiji-Jingu Outer Gardens. As you might have guessed, it's primarily an arts university, although it does hold occasional arty events that are open to the public.
