Time Out says

Celebrating the capital’s diversity and the many different cultures that coexist here, this one-day festival for ‘international exchanges and multicultural contacts’ takes over Akihabara’s Belle Salle with Indian dance, Vietnamese song and chopstick piano (you’ll need to see it to understand) performances, plus educational presentations, a talk with TV personality LiLiCo and even an appearance by the Governor of Tokyo, Yuriko Koike. You can also try on a kimono, snack on all sorts of exotic food truck treats and turn in your old phone or camera, the parts of which will be used to make the medals for Tokyo 2020. Entrance is free, so there’s nothing stopping you from stopping by on the last Sunday of the month.
