Time Out says

Toast to the crisp autumn weather with a refreshing highball and some tasty food at Tokyo Tower’s Ennichi Highball Terrace, held at two locations around the tower. The main feature of the festival is the yatai (street food stall) area just outside the Tokyo Tower first-floor entrance. Here, you can dine on a range of casual festival food like takoyaki, yakitori and karaage with a beer in your hand as you gaze up at Tokyo Tower.

Given that it’s a highball festival, you can count on seeing a range of creative twists on the classic drink, starting from ¥500. There are typical whisky highballs made with Jim Beam, Suntory and Maker's Mark, specialty Tokyo Highballs including flavours such as Shibuya ginger, Tokyo cola and frozen ramune, plus craft highballs, like Roku gin and soda; Haku vodka and soda, yuzu soda, sakura soda.

At the Genghis Khan BBQ area (reservation only), held on the Tokyo Tower Foot Town Rooftop, try your hand at grilling your own lamb on the barbecue. Each session is a 120-minute all-you-can-eat meat fest. This area has slightly different opening hours from the yatai area: 5pm to 9.30pm (last order 9pm) and the barbecue sessions cost ¥5,000 for men, ¥4,500 for women, ¥3,000 for elementary school students, ¥1,000 for kids aged 4 to 6.
