Time Out says

Firework festivals might have been cancelled this summer, but you can still enjoy a projection mapping show with neon lights flashing in the night sky when you visit the main deck of Tokyo Tower. Made by the creators of Flowers by Naked, this three minute performance is projected on the 30-metre wide glass windows with a scenic view of Tokyo in the background. It features Sanrio characters Kiki and Lala taking a journey through sunflower fields and the ocean, and ending in a colourful virtual fireworks display bursting in the sky that will synchronise with the music.

Grab a soft serve ice cream (¥600) or a Calpis (¥650) while you’re here – they’re each themed after Kiki and Lala and are available at the on-site café.
