Time Out says

An amusement park might sound a little unorthodox for a place to view cherry blossoms, but Toshimaen is one of the most popular destinations for people who want to look at the trees in full bloom. You can look down at 500 cherry blossoms while riding attractions such as the ‘Eagle’, which rises to about 35 metres above ground. From March 21, the theme park will launch ‘Sakura Night’, an event where the trees are lit up with lanterns so you can enjoy the cherry blossoms even after the sun sets. For a limited time, you can also opt for the Hanami Banquet Plan, where you can enjoy looking at the flowers in a private room with a kotatsu.
