Taste fatty yellowtail, masuzushi, 'black ramen' and other local delicacies from Toyama at Kichijoji's Tokyu, where the prefecture's representatives will be promoting their region over one week in February. There'll also be local sweets, sake and traditional crafts on sale, while the 'tourism corner' is where to plan your trip to the Japan Sea coast.
