Time Out says

Toyota has teamed up with Pokémon to create a real-life Miraidon, the blue robotic reptile that can transform into a motorcycle in the Pokémon Violet and Scarlet game. This life-sized version of Miraidon was the result of a Toyota Engineering Society survey, where a group of elementary school students were asked what they thought the future of mobility would look like. One of the illustrations they received was a picture of this futuristic Pokémon, whose name includes ‘mirai’, which means ‘future’ in Japanese.

If you want to catch Miraidon IRL, you’ll find the Pokémon at Tokyo Midtown Hibiya's atrium until March 17. While the Pokémon is not yet an actual motorcycle, Miraidon has been set up for test drives, where you can sit on the robot and enjoy a small ride.

It's worth noting that the robot is intended for children and smaller adults, as it only holds a maximum weight of 65kg (143 pounds). Spots are limited, and you have to show up at the atrium to receive a numbered ticket.
