Time Out says

Well, looks like Tokyo gets one more taste of a proper Tsukiji autumn. After governor Yuriko Koike dramatically hit the brakes on the fish market's move to Toyosu, organisers of the Autumn Festival quickly pulled themselves together and announced that the 2016 edition will go ahead as usual – something that seemed more than doubtful when the Toyosu date was first locked in a few years back. It's not like we're complaining: always a good time, this tasty celebration takes place in Tsukiji's outer market – mainly around the central Shijobashi intersection – and features food stalls, various shops and a lively atmosphere. Wander the market and enjoy fresh seafood street snacks, guest offerings from area restaurants like Tamahide and Brozers', and a range of fun family-friendly events.
