Time Out says

For the first time in seven years, the Embassy of the Netherlands in Tokyo will be opening its tulip garden to the public this spring. This special showing will take place on April 8 and April 10 and will feature an astounding 13,000 tulips of 70 different varieties. This is the largest number of tulips that has ever been displayed at the ambassador’s official residence.

In addition to the tulip garden, the ambassador’s residence – which is usually closed to the public – will also be open for visitors. This is a rare opportunity to see the Dutch furniture and artworks displayed in the residence including the 19th century paintings of Hendrik Willem Mesdag and Gerrit Rietveld's red and blue chairs.

There will also be an online tulip gallery for those who can’t participate in person.

Opening hours are from 10am to 4pm with last admission 15 minutes before closing. See the embassy’s website for more details on this event.
