Utsunomiya Gyoza Festival in Yokohama

Known among gourmands as 'Gyoza Town', Tochigi's Utsunomiya has a seemingly endless variety of creative dumpling shops, and attracts plenty of tourists visiting just for the purpose of sampling these meat- and veg-filled delights. You won't have to travel all the way to the source this weekend though, as a respectable number of the city's top restaurants will be setting up stalls at Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse for this tasty three-day festival.
