Utsunomiya Gyoza Festival in Yokohama

Known among gourmands as 'Gyoza Town', Tochigi's Utsunomiya has a seemingly endless variety of creative dumpling shops, and attracts plenty of tourists visiting just for the purpose of sampling these meat- and veg-filled delights. You won't have to travel all the way to the source this weekend though, as 15 of the city's top restaurants will be setting up stalls at Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse for this tasty three-day festival.
