Trời ơi, Tokyo is getting a brand new Vietnam-themed festival this October – one that’s particularly focused on the nation’s many delicious eats. On October 24 and 25 at Shiba Park, you can expect plenty of banh xeo, banh mi, spring rolls and warming pho to fill up on. Along with talks introducing traditional cooking methods and authentic ingredients, there will be stage performances showcasing the world of V-pop. The line-up includes Vietnam’s ‘Female artist of the year’ nominee Min, actress and former idol group member Phuong Chi, and many more.
