Utilizing physics and proprioceptive capabilities to organize movement with another moving body. Awareness of motion, weight transfer, self-reliance and communication in movement will be explored.

Erin Godfrey is a Movement Educator. Originally trained as a classic ballet dancer at the National Ballet School of Canada. Studying biomechanics and kinesiology at Toronto's George Brown College. Erin has been teaching movement for over 15years with an emphasis on rehabilitation, injury prevention and dance research. Continuing education includes, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Developmental Movement, Anatomy Trains, Axis Syllabus and Contact Improvisation. Mike Maclean has been exploring contact improvisation for over a decade. Based in Toronto, his teaching is largely influenced by his 20 year study and subsequent teaching of Tai Chi. Mike is also a certified Cranial Sacral practitioner and Natural Vision Educator. He has also studied, gymnastics, yoga, Alexander Technique, brain gym, HANDLE, and meditation. Mike draws from his direct experience and playfulness in movement.
