FITSANITY uses just your own body to improve your strength, agility, and endurance. Our classes are designed to achieve your fitness goals and help you walk away with actionable strategies to implement outside of our class.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- 3 components to specifically increase your strength, agility, and endurance
- All fitness levels, ages, and gender welcome
- After the bootcamp, a short but powerful seminar to help you get to your fitness goal faster
- Fitsanity participants will be heading to Infuse Cafe (a few steps away from the studio) for a refreshing and healthy beverage

INVESTMENT:
- $25/drop-in or $125 for 6 class pass
- Those who register for 6 classes will receive seminar notes, first entry into webinars, and a FREE gift bag of bars, health food, supplements, beauty products, and swag worth $100
