Girl Crush: The Ethics Of Self Care says
Lovelies! This Galentine’s/Palentine’s (okay, day after) let’s climb out of our bathtubs, give our essential oil diffusers the night off and ask some big questions about the idea of self-care. Given the individualistic nature of of self-care, what does it look like in a community context? When does self-care become privilege? And how do we practice self-care in a responsible and accountable way? Let’s come together and think about how we can balance the important tenets of self-care with the broader work of community care.
