// Greyhound Riders
Greyhound Riders is a Toronto based folk/roots band made up of two full-time members; juno nominated musician, Tony Nesbitt-Larking on guitar, percussion and vocals and Celina Di Cecca on fiddle, viola, mandolin, ukelele and vocals. Celina brings experience from the traditional world, building her fiddle sound from old time, celtic and country elements, with a bit of a classical touch at times. Celina’s sweet voice and natural songwriting skills lend themselves well to this musical twosome. Tony's extensive jazz background extends from playing behind the drum kit, to playing on his left handed acoustic guitar, to pushing a pencil on manuscript paper composing.Tony and Celina’s original music is rooted in folk, has a twist of jazz, a touch of newgrass and hint of old-time. Take Tony's technical chops and genius musical mind, combined them with Celina's fresh vocals and dynamic fiddling and you've got the ingredients for a Greyhound Riders experience.
