Want to take your practice or teaching game to another level? Jason Crandell Yoga is the man for the job. In his day long workshop, reuinte yourself with your personal practice so you can become a better teacher. Other classes allow you to master advanced poses. If you're not as advanced in your practice, join the Saturday class for all levels to help improve your lotus and split positions by loosening your hamstrings.

Friday March 31 (9 AM to 5 PM) - RETURN TO YOUR CENTRE: A PRACTICE FOR TEACHERS - If you’re a yoga teacher, your practice is no longer yours and yours alone. In the morning, we’ll savor a strong, complete three-hour vinyasa practice. No notes, no analysis—just practice. In the afternoon, we’ll get inspired about key components of teaching: sequencing, manual adjustments, and verbal cues. Come reconnect to your practice and inspire your passion for teaching. For yoga teachers and experienced practitioners. Asana, discussion, lecture.

Saturday April1 (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM) - THE BEST ARM BALANCES YOU’VE EVER DONE - Learn the necessary techniques of Arm Balances by breaking down the postures into logical and progressive steps. Learn how to prepare for and practice grasshopper, tittibhasana, and crow/crane, visvamitrasana, and their one-legged and twisting variations, and the entire side-plank family. Develop the steps for twisting arm balances like astavakrasana and eka pada koundinyasana. Lay the foundations for transitioning into these postures.

Saturday April1 (1 PM to 3 PM ) - AIR TIME: HANDSTAND + FOREARM BALANCE + HEADSTAND VARIATIONS - We will ref
ine the basics. Learn to transition confidently and gracefully into handstand, forearm balance, and headstand; how to go up and down with one leg and two legs; and lay the foundation for “pressing” into these poses.

Sunday April 2 (1 PM to 3 PM) - DEMYSTIFYING LOTUS + SPLITS - This workshop is for everyone. Unwind tension in
hamstrings, outer-hips, quadriceps, and hip-flexors. Explore the fundamentals of hip-opening. Learn common causes of restriction in your hips and how to work more effectively with these joints. Discover the secret to keeping your knees safely aligned in lotus. Deepen your standing split variations and standing lotus pose variations. Explore seated split variations and half lotus variations. Experiment with inverted split and lotus postures.
