This is a four-week course (Feb. 4 - Feb. 26) with Morgan Cowie. You'll experience yoga and mindful meditation that will help to keep your body and your baby healthy, strong, and comfortable during your pregnancy.

Yoga will be designed to specifically address some of the discomforts that occur during pregnancy including back pain and hip tightness/soreness. We will also explore tools to help approach labour with confidence.
