Luke Combs is in Edinburgh for two huge shows at Murrayfield this week. The singer, who is best known for his hits ‘When It Rains It Pours’ and ‘Ain’t No Love in Oklahoma’ and cover of Tracy Chapman’s ‘Fast Car’, is one of country music’s mightiest contemporary stars.

Combs is only playing two UK cities on the My Kinda Saturday Night Tour – one is Edinburgh, the other is London. When the tour was announced last autumn it initially only included one date in Auld Reekie, though a second was quickly added following phenomenal levels of demand.

Murrayfield – or Scottish Gas Murrayfield, as it’s currently known for sponsorship reasons – has already hosted a huge gig this summer. Luke Combs follows Zach Bryan, a fellow country star who headlined the stadium in June.
