Anti-aging gin has been invented, and the future is now

If you're going to be drinking (we know you are), you might as well be pouring yourself a drink from the fountain of youth, right? That's what the UK-based Warner Leisure Hotels chain claims to offer with their brand new Anti-AGin, a 80-proof gin distilled with drinkable collagen (a naturally-occurring protein more widely known as an injectable skincare product) along with an array of other time-halting botanicals ranging from soothing chamomile to anti-oxidizing witch hazel oil and mineral-rich nettle. If you're wondering what that smorgasbord of ingredients will do for you, the spirit's creators are marketing it as "the equivalent of an alcoholic facial."

Designed in collaboration with famed food-and-drink studio Bompas & Parr, the 24-ounce bottles are available at the hotel's 13 locations and on DrinkSupermarket.com for $51.11. They're temporarily sold out, but sign up for the website's newsletter to find out when they're back in stock. It's unclear whether or not the booze is actually capable of wiping the wrinkles off your face, but if you drink the whole thing what's the difference?
