You've been clamoring for a third Bridget Jones movie ever since Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason landed—with a thud—back in 2004, haven't you?

OK, so maybe not. But still, the arrival of today's first trailer for Bridget Jones's Baby has us moderately excited.

For starters, the movie is crammed full of British acting royalty: Colin Firth back as Mark Darcy, Jim Broadbent's there as Bridget's dad, Emma Thompson puts in a cameo as...well, Emma Thompson in a doctor's coat.

And it marks the return of Renee Zellwegger (welcome back!), who, despite sporting a very slim and very un-Bridget silhouette, looks like she's going to settle comfortably back into the role for which she was once nominated for an Oscar.

What's the story? Well, much what you'd expect: an unhappy Bridget, torn between two men (one of them played by Patrick "McDreamy" Dempsey in place of Hugh Grant), falls down a lot, endures embarrassing conversations with relatives, gets muddy at Glastonbury, struggles through spin class and has the office sprinklers sprayed on her.

Oh, and yeah, there's a baby. Who's the daddy? We'll find out September 16.
