Thanks to its Chief Culinary Officer Emeril Lagasse, Carnival Cruise Line is offering new dinner menus in its dining rooms, featuring dishes curated by the chef himself. After testing out the menus on Carnival Dream, the cruise giant decided to roll out the offerings across its entire fleet, starting with Carnival Conquest.

“Food is an ever-evolving art, so our approach to the dining room offerings is to infuse a selection of new dishes, feature more international flavors and complement the Carnival classics our guests love,” explained Lagasse.

He continued, “We recently tested and selected more than 60 new dishes to mix into the dining room rotation.” Chef Lagasse worked in tandem with Carnival chefs to create this extensive new menu, which guests can experience aboard the Carnival Conquest starting today. Each month, new menu items will be introduced aboard Carnival’s ships, including the Carnival Horizon, Carnival Sunrise, Carnival Vista, and more on the horizon.

Some of the new dishes that guests can expect to try? Coffee glazed roast duck, Hawaiian shrimp poke, and Dutch double chocolate pave are just some of the mouthwatering selections travelers can dig their forks into.
