Here’s hoping the holidays bring Park Hopper passes tucked into the gifts we share—because starting January 9, the pass returns to its former, all-day access, glory, as reported by the Disney Parks blog.

Since 2021, the Park Hopper was somewhat limited in its offering because you could only start visiting other parks after 2pm—and for big-time Disney fans who start first thing at rope drop, that’s pretty late in the day! We want to bounce like Tigger from park to park all day. Fun fun fun fun fun!

For those already salivating, that means you can acrobatically move from Disney’s Animal Kingdom to EPCOT to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to Magic Kingdom Park...and back and forth as much as you want. The day belongs to you (and a cavalcade of talking mice and ducks and mermaids!) so long as you hold a Park Hopper ticket or an annual pass.

There’s other good news, too. In January, “Good-to-go days” will let visitors select days to attend without needing a reservation, a secondary hurdle that was established after COVID-19. And in August, the parks on both coasts made it easier to manage your dining reservations.

Don’t forget to download the Genie+ app to organize your high-congestion rides—yes, it’s a bummer to pay extra to get those Lightning Lane passes, but if you’re already paying through the snout anyway, you might as well make the day as fun as possible. All in all, it’s just getting easier to visit and that makes sense for families who are often pivoting with spontaneous decision-making and last-minute plans. Yay! #TeamMinnie
