The dramedy series about the luxury hotel chain with the worst luck just struck the jackpot!
Ben Kingsley, Max Minghella and Pekka Strang are the newest cast members that’ll check into the White Lotus for season 4, according to reports.

The new season will, of course, follow a new set of White Lotus guests and employees, this time taking place during the Cannes Film Festival. According to Variety, the cast will portray two rival film teams angling to get awards—one team is at the palatial hotel on the Croisette and the other checks into a luxurious hilltop hideaway. The season’s events, which will unfold across a single week, will examine or “take aim at” French customer service, the outlet reports. It’s currently filming in Cannes, St. Tropez, Monaco and Paris, but the story will remain along the Côte d'Azur.
Hotels featured this season include the Airelles Château de la Messardière as the White Lotus du Cap, and the Hôtel Martinez as the White Lotus Cannes.
Ben Kingsley (Gandhi, Schindler’s List), Max Minghella (The Handmaid’s Tale, The Social Network) and Pekka Strang (Dogs Don’t Wear Pants, Tom of Finland) are joining a huge cast that includes Vincent Cassel, Steve Coogan, Caleb Jonte Edwards, Dylan Ennis, Corentin Fila, Ari Graynor, Marissa Long, Alexander Ludwig, Chris Messina, AJ Michalka, Kumail Nanjiani and Nadia Tereszkiewicz.
Laura Dern (Jurassic Park, Big Little Lies) last month replaced Helena Bonham Carter, who reportedly left her role over creative differences. It’s not clear what the role is, however.
Chloe Bennet, Sandra Bernhard, Heather Graham, Max Greenfield, Frida Gustavsson, Charlie Hall, Jarrad Paul, Rosie Perez, Ben Schnetzer and Laura Smet will also appear in season 4.
It’s also unclear if we’ll get any cameos from past seasons. Jennifer Coolidge’s character can’t return (a big bummer), but Jon Gries has been in all three seasons.
