Fans who weren’t satisfied with how Marvel’s Jessica Jones wrapped up back in 2019 will get to see the sarcastic “ex-superhero” in action once again.

Jones (Krysten Ritter) will show up, starting in episode 6 of Daredevil: Born Again on Disney+, which airs Tuesday at 9pm EST.

In Daredevil, blind lawyer with heightened senses Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) fights for justice while former mob boss Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) pursues his own political endeavors in New York City. The men find themselves on a collision course when their past identities begin to emerge. This season, Murdock is leading the resistance against Fisk, who has just established a brutal Anti-Vigilante Task Force (AVTF) and imposed martial law in the city.

Jones, who met and teamed up with Daredevil in The Defenders (2019), signs up to join the resistance Murdock is building. Last we saw her, Jones stopped her adoptive sister, Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor), from killing her by imprisoning her in the Raft with other villains.

Disney+’s trailer for this season of Daredevil, teases Jones’s return.

We’re so ready for more ass-kicking by Krysten Ritter.

Luke Cage (Mike Colter) is also reportedly making an appearance for the first time since The Defenders. He’ll show up at Jones’s office to give Jones some advice about handling what happened to Trish. (He had to send his brother Diamondback to prison, too).

Fans are hoping for even more cameos—some believe Iron Fist and Spider-Man could make appearances based on Post-It notes with their names on them in the background of a scene with Daredevil and Jones in the Punisher’s bunker.

Regardless, Jones is back, and we’ll get to see how she’s been dealing with the fallout from Trish’s imprisonment and the impact of Kilgrave’s torment on her psyche.

The episode drops on Disney+ tomorrow, Tuesday, April 21, at 9pm EST.
