Major Lazer and Umami Burger just dropped a delivery-only collab burger and merch

Thankfully Diplo's not the one cooking.

The EDM-house-pop genre-bending trail blazers of Major Lazer just dropped a new single, but if you want to really complete the group's "Oh My Gawd" experience, there's an app-based burger for that.

To coincide with the new track's release, the trio collabed with Umami Burger for a delivery-only burger pack in L.A., Oakland and Chicago that includes exclusive merch and a QR code for easy listening to "Oh My Gawd," which features both Nicki Minaj and Mr. Eazi—and gives the touring musicians and DJs another project, another way to interact with fans, and another revenue stream with shows and events around the world still discouraged in the wake of coronavirus.

"Without touring, we’ve had to find new ways to connect with fans and share our music with them," founding member and Grammy winner Diplo says in a news release. "We hope you eat as many of these as we have and love that we were able to do something fun to celebrate the release of 'Oh My Gawd.'"

The group's dropping two family-style meals today: The beefy "Oh My Gawd" pack includes a jerk-spice burger and a jerk-spice, plant-based Impossible Foods burger, plus fries and two choices of sauce, while the "Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner" option includes an Impossible-based, classic-style burger and a vegan crispy Chik’n sandwich, plus slaw and fries.

Each also includes a tie-dyed Major Lazer and Umami Burger bandana, plus a QR code, and runs through the end of September via DoorDash with zero delivery fees—look how easy they're making it. Don't live in L.A., Oakland or Chicago? You can still find the new track here

The burger packs arrive with the goods ready to eat, which is probably for the best, considering Diplo's apparent kitchen skills. (That toaster is absolutely not called a microwave, and we're pretty certain cheese melts against a hot pan, not freezes, but what do we know.) Check out the producer's truly chaotic attempt at assembling the burger below, then order one thankfully not prepared by Diplo for yourself.
