Start stretching your neck muscles, rock fans: the Foo Fighters are going big next summer. Dave Grohl and his crew just announced a massive 2026 North American stadium tour, their first major run since 2024’s Everything or Nothing at All Tour.

“Since our return to the stage in San Luis Obispo five weeks ago, we have been reminded of why we love and are forever devoted to doing this Foo Fighters thing,” Grohl said in an official statement. “From reuniting as a band and staring at a list of 30 years worth of songs to brush off… to reconnecting with our amazing fans and blasting them with everything we’ve got… the sun is finally rising over the horizon.”

The band’s two-month trek kicks off on August 4 at Toronto’s Rogers Stadium and barrels through major cities including Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, Nashville, D.C. and Las Vegas.

When did Foo Fighters announce their 2026 tour?

On October 23, 2025, along with the release of their new single “Asking for a Friend.” The mid-tempo anthem is already generating buzz for its darker, reflective tone—Grohl calls it “a song for those who have waited patiently in the cold, relying on hope and faith for their horizon to appear.”

Who’s going to be the Foo Fighters' opening act?

Expect a wall of sound: Queens of the Stone Age will serve as main support on most dates, with Mannequin Pussy and Gouge Away stepping in for select shows.

When do tickets go on sale?

Fans can register for early access through the Foo Fighters Newsletter beginning Tuesday, October 28, at 10am local time. A general artist presale follows Wednesday, October 29, and public sales open Friday, October 31, at 10am local time via Ticketmaster.
