Costco is bringing back a game-changer for the kitchen.

According to allrecipes.com, Costco's gyro kit, is a giant ready-to-eat meal with seven components: pita, shaved lamb, diced red onion, tomato and cucumber salad, romaine, feta and tzatziki sauce. It serves up to six, meaning it’s perfect for a quick family meal, meal prep for the week or a small gathering.

Clocking in at over 3 pounds, the kit sets meals at about $3.50 to $5 per serving, allrecipes.com says. You can’t beat that, especially at a time when grocery prices are at an all-time high.

The kit was a popular item at Costco years ago, but had disappeared from shelves. Costcohotfinds on Instagram reported the kit's return first.

The account is a great resource for those looking for good deals, new drops and tips while shopping at the retailer.

Of course, Costco still has other time-saving meal kits like its stuffed bell peppers, street tacos, yakisoba stir fry, sushi burrito, beef and broccoli with noodles, Kirkland Signature braised beef with yukon mashed potatoes.

Its meal kits come in clutch when things are tight, so we're glad to see more options on the shelves!
