Hole in the Sky

The latest place to enter the storied history of DC artspaces/punk venues is this multi-purpose, second-story loft in a light-industrial neighborhood. The non-profit collective hosts five to ten shows a month, mostly various forms of punk. Local bands predominate, although Brooklyn’s Shellshag and San Francisco’s Street Eaters were there recently. Enter through the alley between 4th and 5th Streets, and if you expect to be thirsty, bring your own beverage.
