Food trucks grow up so fast (sniffle). What started out as a modest mobile operation has since evolved into a bustling kiosk that officially opened in Union Market in late August 2015. Owners Gabriela Febres and Ali Arellano excel at the namesake dish, a Venezuelan sandwich made with fried pockets of cornmeal stuffed with marinated meats and cheeses. We’re not sure what we love more: the crunchy outer layer or the melty fillings.
