Domku

A bit off the beaten track, but worth seeking out, Domku brings a fresh blast of Slavic and Scandinavian tastes to Petworth. Mains range from hearty Polish bigos, a bacon and cabbage stew to Scandie favorite meatballs with lingonberries. There’s borscht, pickled herrings and gravadlax, too, along with salads and sandwiches at lunchtime. Brunch has a Scandinavian twist, too, with scrambled eggs with smoked herring and Norwegian pancakes. The bare-bricked room is inviting and the service friendly.
