A downtown farmers market with a global palate, Capital Harvest on the Plaza brings together local food producers, artisanal makers, and city workers looking for a midday escape in the heart of Washington, DC. Set on Woodrow Wilson Plaza outside the Ronald Reagan Building, the weekly market turns a busy stretch of downtown into a gathering place for seasonal produce, prepared foods, and handcrafted goods. The 2026 season features more than 25 vendors, with offerings ranging from globally inspired dishes to locally made treats, alongside opportunities to browse creative work from area artists during select Capital Arts Collective collaborations. With chef demonstrations, samplings, and open-air dining woven into the market experience, CHoP creates a lively snapshot of the region’s food and maker communities.
