Description
Audrey Saunders, the drinks maven who turned Bemelmans Bar into one of the city’s most respected cocktail lounges, is behind this sleek liquid destination on Houston Street. The beverage program features classics culled from decades-old booze bibles (try the eponymous signature cocktail, made with gin, bitters and orange curaçao). If you want to tweak your tipple, feel free: Guests are offered dropper bottles of bitters, syrups, juices and other mixers with which to play.
