Though Snowpocalypse may have been a disappointment, New Yorkers can get their hopes up for Christina Tosi's Madison Square Park premiere. Milk Bar, the sweet annex in David Chang's Momofuku empire, is launching a pop-up this weekend with two never-before-sipped drinks to warm our winter-chilled bellies.

Situated at the south side of the park facing the Southern Fountain, the 100-square-foot stand will open at 10am on Saturday, Jan 31. There, Tosi will roll out her brand-new cups, including a cereal-milk hot chocolate ($4) made with white chocolate and the sweetshop's cornflake-soaked milk, and a hot apple cider ($4) swirled with salty-sweet miso butterscotch. You'll also be able to get your hands on the pastry maven's signature snacks—compost cookies, birthday cake truffles, slices of crack pie—and wintertime specialties, including chocolate malt and dulce de leche cake truffles, that won't be available at the East Village or Midtown shops until February 4.

The pop-up will be open every day from 10am–8pm, but don't wait too long to head over: The booth's final days haven't yet been announced. Here's hoping there is no end!

UPDATE, 3/25: The Flatiron outpost announced it will be closing up shop on March 29. To soften (er, sweeten?) the blow of ending our cereal-milk hot cocoa addiction, Tosi has whipped up two more exclusive drinks, including a coconut-forward German hot chocolate and the doughnut cider infused with cinnamon-sugar to mimic a fresh-out-of-the-fryer doughy ring. Get your last sips in between noon and 7pm today through Sunday.
