This newish Italian-style hotel in Josefov features a grand, winding stairwell that leads guests into fine rooms that boast modular, sensible furniture, and brown and burnished gold touches. The management has poached talented chefs from places such as Kampa Park for Isabella, its Italian and world cuisine restaurant. A no-nonsense cocktail bar and conference room add appeal; so does the location, a five-minute walk from the Old Jewish Cemetery.
