Jaipur review Rate it

Jaipur does some of Rome's best Indian food (not that there's much competition), and it's good value too - which helps make up for the garish lighting and colour scheme. The menu ranges from basic starters to a large selection of tandoori specials, curries and murghs (the murgh maccan, charcoal-grilled chicken with a butter-tomato gravy, is particularly tasty). Vegetarian dishes include an outstanding baighan bharta (aubergine purée cooked in a clay oven, dressed with spices).
