Hang Zhou review Rate it

The vast majority of Rome's Chinese restaurants are cheap and mediocre. Hang Zhou is cheap and decidedly original: not so much for the food (though the menu does make an effort to rise above the herd with a series of interesting daily specials) as for the verve of its media-savvy owner, Sonia, who appears in hundreds of photos plastered on the wall of this packed shoebox of a restaurant, beaming next to anyone who is remotely famous… and quite a few who aren't. It's colourful, friendly, theatrical and incredibly good value: the average price given above is for a full spread with wine, but you can easily eat here for €15 a head. No bookings are taken - so come early or be prepared to queue.

I think this is probably the best chinese restaurant in Rome.
I would like to inform all who may concern that they moved to a bigger place in via principe eugenio 82.
