Cavour 313 review Rate it
A friendly atmosphere (despite the gloomy dark-wood decor), a serious cellar and good snacks explain the eternal popularity of this wine bar near the Forum. Prices are reasonable, and there's a selection of hot and cold snacks; in winter, soups are a strong point. With over 500 bottles on the wine list, choosing one is the only problem.
