This newish spot on lovely piazza di Pietra is open morning till late. The bar's Roman/Swedish/New York pedigree is seen in little touches throughout. Incredibly comfortable chairs and sofas provide a cosy feel during the day, when a smörgåsbord of ibbles is available. By night, the sleek room becomes a gorgeous cocktail bar with a great (if sometimes over-loud) soundtrack, excellent mixed drinks and local sophisticates. All this plus a vast and cosmopolitan selection of books on fashion, art and design.The loo's worth checking out too.
