Stunning 1950s decor sets the scene for this corner of Sicily in the heart of Rome. If it's Sicilian and edible, it's here: from ice-cream in buns to lifelike marzipan fruits. Regulars come for crisp cannoli siciliani filled with salty, chocolate-chip ricotta and the shiny green-iced cassata, uniting all the flavours of the south: the perfume of citrus, almond paste and fresh ricotta.

A rip off!! I agree!! Tourist trap!! Locals weren't sitting they just bought the cookies and left. The desserts could have been better. Two desserts and two cappuccinos no water= 30 euros!!
This was the worst cafe / resteraunt we ate in Rome on 19 June 2011.
The service was terrible bordering on non - existent.
The bill was a total rip off with all sorts of charges and costs being added in over and above the prices on display.
The food was way below average
There was no aircon in this shopping mall where you sit.
AVOID THIS PLACE IT IS RUBBISH
