Opening March 16, the modern Lebanese concept brings its unique flavors to Fulton Market.

Time Out Market Chicago, the premier culinary and cultural hub located at 916 W. Fulton Market is excited to add to its carefully curated showcase of delicious cuisine with the addition of Evette’s set to open on Wednesday, March 16. With a popular following throughout Chicago, Evette’s showcases the Mediterranean flavors of Lebanon while staying true to owner Mitchell AbouJamra’s Midwestern roots.
“We couldn't be more thrilled to welcome Evette’s to our lineup,” said Robert La Pata, Time Out Market Chicago General Manager. “Time Out Market aims to bring the best of the city under one roof, and Evette’s unique concept and amazing food is the perfect addition.”
Inspired by AbouJamra’s “Teta,” Evette, everything on the menu is thoughtfully sourced and prepared to order, providing guests with fresh Lebanese fare to enjoy.
“Many of our recipes have been passed down many generations, but not all of them are traditional, ” said AbouJamra. “We’ve added a twist to the classic items and just like my Teta, all of our dishes are implemented with the best of intentions to optimize what our guests are eating - nourishing, tasty and cared for food.”
Visitors to Evette’s at Time Out Market can expect to enjoy the menu items that patrons at the Logan Square and Lincoln Park locations have come to know and love and some new offerings, including:
