Het Compagnietheater

This venue on Kloveniersburgwal is the home of De Theatercompagnie, a huge ensemble that emerged from the fusion of De Trust and Art & Pro. Under the astute direction of Theu Boermans, culturally and politically aware pieces (usually in Dutch) are the house speciality, so don't expect light-hearted fluff. The company also performs on a regular basis in the formidable Stadsschouwburg.
