After the closure of partner Nieuwe de la Mar Theater in 2006, the Bellevue (which dates to 1840), has started on a solo journey. Shows are acted out on three podia: one for modern theatre, dance and music; one devoted to cabaret; and a third for literary events and short lunchtime performances (maximum one hour) by Dutch writers.
