Program Descriptions

Bliss Yoga Class:
Open to the Bliss inherent within you and recognize Independent Bliss. Illumined from within, limitless joy will enhance every facet of your being. In this class you will linger in the poses you will drip into Bliss.

Satsang is an age-old tradition; it is the way yoga’s sages have offered their teachings for thousands of years. Satsang is a perfect follow-up to the Bliss Class. Mangala will offer a discourse followed by chanting and meditation. You will leave renewed in body, mind and spirit.

Yoga Workshop: Bliss is Your Nature
Discover how you can enjoy Bliss in every moment. Experience yoga poses that will take you to that place. When you open to the Bliss inherent within you, you recognize independent bliss and carry this powerful awareness with you everywhere you go. Your life experiences improve when you learn how to base yourself in Bliss.

Introduction to Meditation:
Meditation offers many benefits. Among them are stress reduction, improved health, and quieting of your busy mind. Mangala will have you meditating in less than one hour and give you the tools you need to meditate successfully on your own.

Yoga Philosophy Discussion Group:
Enjoy a thought provoking discussion exploring yoga’s principles and discovering how to bring them into your life. We will be discussing Independent Bliss that arises from within no matter what external life circumstances you are experiencing.

Twist Yoga Class:
Discover the extraordinary power of twists. Mangala will help you gently explore twists in a way that expands your sense of well-being and enhances the blossoming of your Bliss.
