Join us Monday, April 25th for a cooking demonstration featuring the Big Green Egg and Anova Culinary.

Chef Ricardo will guide you through the techniques he uses for one of Sugo’s most popular dishes, Hanger Steak. You will learn how to use the Big Green Egg as a smoker by using the cold smoking method and be introduced to cooking sous-vide, French for under vacuum, which will cook your steak to the perfect temperature!


FIRST COURSE
Haute Dog
Local, all beef hot dog, applewood smoked bacon, smoked gouda, spicy cherry jam, pickled red onions

SECOND COURSE
Grilled Salad
Grilled baby romaine, gorgonzola dressing, crispy bacon, balsamic strawberries

THIRD COURSE
Hanger Steak
Big Green Egg smoked hanger steak, gigande beans, wild mushrooms, aged feta, roasted red peppers, fresh arugula

Monday, April 25th at 7:00pm on the patio.
$45 per person, not including tax or gratuity.
